On this video tutorial I will talk about how I develop work from the inspiration in my sketchbook. I'll talk about how I gather ideas, collate them and design a piece. You'll see footage of me preparing my work space and paper to work onto. I will talk about how I decide what images to take forwards and how ideas evolve even as I am constructing that finished piece. When is a piece finished and how do I know when to stop? How do I decide if an artwork is successful? And what happens if it isn't?
We will watch a time lapse video of me creating a finished art work. You will see my studio, the processes I use and the evolution of my art.
